Sohoor light meal recipe

You need :
red cherry tomato , cut into halves
yellow cherry tomato , cut into halves
Hallomi cheese , sliced thickly ( for lighter option you can you Areesh cheese )
sea salt and freashly crushed pepper
chopped basil leaves
vinaigrette dressing
for more delicacy , use rustic bread ( you can find in super markets ) brushed with olive oil and garlic and toasted in oven .
