1 egg , beaten .
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into 6 to 8 pieces .
Heat oven 180 c .
Put the flour, oats, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade ,pulse to combine. Drop the butter pieces into the bowl till the mixture mix well . With the machine running, add the cream cheese and egg to the mixture and process just until the dough forms very soft, remove to a floured surface and roll to make a larger round even disk that can overlay the size of the dish , carefully remove the dough to the prepared oven pan and make sure that extra dough overlaps the sides of the dish to cover part of the filling .
Arrange the figs in the center then pour the filling in and cover the sides of the tart with the extra tart , and bake for 30 minutes .
For filling you need :
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
vanilla drops
1 pkt whip cream KDD , whipped and kept aside
2 pkt philly cheese
beat sugar and eggs till fluffy , then add vanilla & cheese , keep beating , last add the whipped cream , then pour the mixture in the figs tart .
