Pineapple & Banana cream dessert recipe

Pineapple , Banana cream dessert :

you need :

3 pkt whip cream , whipped

1 pkt pineapple , cut small

3 banana , cut sliced .

1 box read made meringue ( you can get from city center market ) crushed into big size leaving some for decoration .

chocolate syrup

3 ginger biscuit crushed fine .

1/2 cup sugar

mix the whipped cream with the banana slice and the pineapple and crushed meringue all together , then start layering , add half of the mixture in the serving bowl drizzle chocolate syrup over and some ginger crush then add the rest of the mixture , again add chocolate syrup and ginger crush and top it with the whole meringue .

for the sugar : caramelize the sugar by placing it over heat , drizzle few drops of water and let it caramelize to amber brown , then drizzle it over the mixture , immediately keep it in the fridge till serving time .

You can change the pineapple and banana to any choice of other fruits , mixed berries well do well .
