Stuffed dates in butter scotch sauce recipe


Stuffed dates in butter scotch sauce :
you need
for the sauce :
3/4 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 pkt thick cream
in a sauce pan heat sugar till amber brown , without stirring , then add the butter , mix , when mixed add the cream , mix till combined , remove from heat , pour into prepared mini dishes or in one large dish and keep ready to place the stuffed dates over .

Stuffed dates , you need :
Dates , soft dates ( رطب ) stone removed .
300 g cream cheese .
1/2 cup powder sugar
vanilla
1 pkt whip cream , whipped .
2-3 ginger biscuit , crushed fine .

in a mixture , beat together cheese , sugar and vanilla till well combined , last add the whipped cream and mix well .
place the cream mixture in piping bag and start stuffing the dates , then arrange the dates on top of the cooled sauce , sprinkle with crushed biscuit and drizzle with melted white and brown chocolate .

for the chocolate :
in separate double boiler pans melt white chocolate and brown chocolate , then with a spoon , drizzle the chocolate over the dates for final touch .
