Tortilla recipe .

You need :

tortilla bread ( you can find in Sultan center )

butter , for frying

ice cream vanilla

honey for drizzel

icing sugar

for filling :

1 packet cream cheese

1/4 cup icing sugar

crushed pecan

1-2 tap cinammon powder

mix the filling ingredient and spread them on top of tortilla bread then cover with a second tortilla , press , and start cutting them into strips .

Heat butter in a frying pan , fry the tortillas on both sides , till lightly brown and crisp , remove to a serving plate ,drizzle honey and dust it with icing sugar , place the vanilla ice cream scoop over and enjoy .
