any of your usual salad dressing , venigrate , thousand island ......

sesame seed for decoration
heat oven to 180 C, mix beets and pumpkin in olive oil , salt , pepper and some herbs of your favorite like , oregano or others , in a bowl , then pour them in oven tray , then in the oven , grill for about 25-30 min , keep tossing them with a spoon from time to time to make sure that they are cooked all over , remove from oven and let it cool .
before serving , add the dressing , coriander and sesame , mix them together and serve .
