Mini custard cups recipe

You need :

custard sauce ,about 2 cups ( make it according to the packet instruction )

300 g white chocolate ,

1 packet KDD thick cream

little cardamom , crushed , optional .

mixed fresh berries

crushed pistachio , for decoration .

whipped cream for topping

While cooking the custard , as instructed , and before it's done , add the white chocolate and keep stirring till the chocolate melts , remove from heat , add the thick cream and keep stirring till all the ingredient are incorporated , add cardamom if you want , mix well then let it cool at room temperature .

place the berries in the bottom of the mini cups then pour some custard over , top it with whipped cream and sprinkle some pistachio over , then keep them in the fridge to cool .
