Ingredient :
Any kind of vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Walnuts , chopped
1 big box digestive biscuit , crushed fine
3/4 stick , butter , melted
2 tasp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
How to do it :
you will need a cheese cake pan .
Mix the crushed biscuit, cinnamon and sugar with the melted butter and press the crumbs in the pan and the sides as well , keep aside .
Make the caramel, you will need :
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
little golden syrup , honey is perfect if you don't have syrup.
200 ml thick cream ( KDD )
Burn the sugar in a pan over heat till it become golden brown with out stirring , then add the butter and the syrup , be careful as it will bubble , then start stirring the sauce , when well combined add the cream , keep stirring till it thicken , leave to cool completely .
Now its time to assemble the pie , place some caramel in bottom of the crushed biscuit then start layering the ice cream , caramel sauce and the nuts one layer at a time, keep some extra sauce for the final , return to freezer till serving time , Bel3afia .
