introducing Hatha Yoga :
Hatha Yoga is the practical way to control the mind through the knowledge of controlling these two energies “Ha” and “Tha” (Prana and Apana)
The Universal Energy that enters the body is called prana and that which leaves it is called apana. Apana corresponds to the region of the lower abdomen which as the function of elimination and provides the energy for it.
