Chocolate brownie recipe

Chocolate brownie recipe :

this recipe is so simple that it doesn't need electric mixture to mix the ingredient , it need your hand power to stir and mix .

ingredient :

250 g chocolate

250 g butter

2 1/2 cup sugar

5 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup self raising flour

2/3 cup flour

1/2 cup coco powder

Heat oven , 180 c .

Line a baking tray with wax paper and keep it ready .

Sift together the dry ingredient ( 2 flours and coco powder ) keep aside .

In a heat proof pan , heat both butter and chocolate together till the are completely incorporated , then remove from heat .

Meanwhile , place sugar in a large pan , pour in chocolate mixture and stir by hand whisking very well , make sure that its well incorporated , then start adding the eggs , one at a time , by beating well after each addition , then add the vanilla ,last add the sifted dry ingredient , mix well .

Pour your brownie mix into the baking tray, and place in the oven for around 25 minutes. You don’t want to overcook them so, unlike cakes, you don’t want a skewer to come out all clean. The brownies should be slightly springy on the outside but still gooey in the middle
