Bompas & Parr are enacting every child’s wildest fantasies with their world-first, artisanal chewing gum mirco-factory, a breathtaking pop-up installation at Bayswater’s Whiteleys Shopping Centre. Allowing visitors to get stuck right in, the mildly unhinged duo will be offering some 200 flavours to combine and sample however they choose – so, whether it’s smoked greek yoghurt with chili or ale yeast, black caviar and fig, you’d be hard pushed to bite off more than you can chew.
