Al Rawshinah is a Kuwaiti cuisine restaurant located @ Safir Fintas , Fahaheel Rd , exit 209 toward the sea , the atmosphere of the place is so neat and sweet , the food is extremly excellent and the service is superb not to forget to mention the young kuwaiti manger who run the place , very professional and welcoming .I recommend this place so much .
