Anna Dello Russo to design collection for H&M

Fashion Director of Vogue Japan, street style star and lover of eccentric headgear Anna Dello Russo is following in the footsteps of the highly successful Versace and Marni collaborations, and designing an accessories collection with H&M.

Launching on 4th October 2012 at the height of the Spring/Summer 2013 shows, the range will feature “over-the-top accessories” including jewellery, sunglasses, shoes, bags and most bizarrely of all, a trolley, all of which will reflect Dello Russo’s “taste for ornamentation” .
After the recent success of Marni, another designer collaboration would have been the most obvious step for the high street fashion chain, but instead, they have picked a Fashion Director, something Dello Russo says “is the sign of an important evolution in fashion”.
