Watermelon and lime juice recipe .

you need about 1 medium size watermelon , cut into chunks , sed removed and ready to blend .

1/4 cup lime juice

1/2 cup sugar + extra 2 tasp sugar

1/2 water

mint leaves .

boil the water and the 1/2 sugar to a syrup point , remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator .

place the the watermelon in a blender and pulse till you get a thick texture , at this moment add the sugar syrup the lime and the mint and pulse again till its smooth , it should be thick .
